51 Millimeter is always looking for new creative ideas, scripts and over the top personalities that will become the next hit series. If you have an idea for a TV show or special, let us know! Just complete the form below and submit your idea.

But just to let you know, we can only accept your materials if you read the terms
below and agree to the following:

1. I created the idea or own the rights to the concept I am submitting (or I represent the creator or owner).
2. 51MM did not request these materials from me. I am voluntarily submitting them.
3. I will receive no money or compensation for simply submitting my idea to us. (That may come later but 51MM can’ promise anything.)
4. If 51MM absolutely loves my idea, they may contact me to create a separate agreement so that we can develop the project for television or any other platform. At that point, we’ll negotiate compensation for use of my ideas or any materials I submit.
5. Federal copyright law does not protect the concept I am submitting.
6. The use of these materials to develop a series or special will not infringe on the rights of any third party (someone other than me or us).
7. I will indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any and all suits, claims, or liability (including reasonable attorneys fees) that result from any breach of this agreement on my part.
8. I allow 51MM to transfer or assign this agreement to networks, other buyers, or co-producers.
9. My submission is not confidential. 51MM can discuss my materials with employees, agents, and networks to see if they’re any good.
10. 51 Millimeter has it’s own development team. Based on that, there is a great chance the idea or concept you’re submitting has either been developed in the company already. You agree that you have no claim against 51MM for misappropriating any of your ideas or materials in any future 51MM programs.
11. I acknowledge that ALL materials I submit will not be returned to me.
